This tea begins as high quality Tencha green tea that is ground by flint mill to a fine powder. The quality can be seen by the vibrancy of green colour gained from shading the tea during its last stage of growth. It takes one hour to grind 40g of this light and refreshing sweet green tea that has notes of fresh meadows in summer.
