This is a blend is our signature espresso, David has spent many hours playing with this blend, I suppose you could say it is his blend!

In the cup it has huge crema, dark malt tones with rich caramel and butterscotch character, the mouthfeel seems to go on forever!!

I say dont be afraid to pull the shot over 28 seconds!!
